About LiveLoveWELL

With over five years of practice in Reiki, sound healing, intuitive consulting, and ancestral wellness traditions, I bring a grounded, multidimensional approach to healing that meets you exactly where you are. 

As a Soul Doula, I support women through emotional, spiritual, and life transitions — helping you release what’s heavy, rebuild trust with your body and emotions, remember your inner wisdom, and make space for deep, restorative rest.

As millennial women, we are stepping into a new matriarchal role rooted in stewardship, discernment, and emotional awareness. In this role, our village is our foundation, and our wellness is our priority. 

The WELL is our place to draw from, pour into, and tend the infinite divine mother within us — at our own pace, in our own way. It is a sanctuary for women to be supported emotionally, mentally, and physically; to nourish health, honor relationships, cultivate creativity, and live abundantly in harmony with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us.

LiveLoveWELL was born alongside our nonprofit, LiveLoveCru, as a devotion to community healing rooted in lineage, intentional care, intuitive practice, and sustainability.
