About LiveLoveWELL

With over five years of training and practice in Reiki, sound healing, astrology, numerology, and intuitive consulting, I bring a multidimensional approach to healing that meets you exactly where you are. Through spiritual healing and strategic support, I help women remember their inner wisdom, rebuild trust with their bodies and emotions, reclaim their inherited abundance, and make space for deep, restorative rest, especially during times of transition.

As a millennial woman, I feel the shift of our generation stepping into a matriarchal role; one rooted in successful stewardship, discernment, and emotional awareness. We are learning to pause, feel, and see clearly before we move. In this role, our village is our foundation, and our wellness is our priority. The WELL is our place to draw from, pour into, and tend the infinite divine mother within us, at our own pace, in our own way.

The Living + Loving WELL was born in alongside our nonprofit, LiveLoveCru, as both a personal and collective devotion to community healing-rooted in lineage, intentional and intuitive care, and sustainability. 

LiveLoveWELL is a self-care sanctuary for women to be supported emotionally, mentally, and physically; to nourish health, honor relationships, cultivate creativity, and live abundantly in harmony with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Step gently into this space through gatherings, events, or one-on-one guidance.
